Dating back to 1920’s homes were built in this quaint neighborhood close to downtown, beaches, and Sarasota Memorial Hospital.
Today, Arlington Park is an up and coming neighborhood with a classic Florida feel.
The older homes on larger lots are getting facelifts or being rebuilt from the ground up with a nice selection of new modern homes to choose from. Older homes selling in the $300,000’s and up to $1,850,000 + for a newer build.
As the “West of Trail” homes have skyrocketed in price, Arlington Park is slowly being considered the NEW West of the Trail and doctors and hospital staff love calling Arlington Park 🏡“home”.
There is a park with a paved 🚶 walking path around a stunning lake, 🎾 tennis courts, 🏀 basketball courts, playground, outdoor fitness equipment and 🐶 two fenced dog parks.
The local Aquatic Center is a popular spot for residents to swim and exercise.
